Please complete all required fields and submit the necessary documents as instructed. This form consists of the following sections:

1. General Information for Company  Basic details about your company
2. Contact Information  Main contact person and communication channels.
3. Submission Documents  Please upload your IR Deck prepared in line with the guidelines.
4. Impact & Business Model  Describe the social/environmental impact and how your business operates.
5. Funding History and Plan  Share your current funding status and future fundraising plans.
6. Past Awards Share your your most recent awards or recognitions for reference.

• The application form must be completed with accurate information. If any content is found to be false, the selection will be canceled, and the prize must be returned.
• Submitted documents will not be returned. Applicants may not modify submitted content but may resubmit the application within the application period.
• Additional documents to verify the application content may be requeste d during the screening process.
• All documents should be prepared in English.
